1. Information We Collect
To deliver our digital checkin ledger databases and auto-billing configurations, we collect:
- Personal Coordinates: Name, support contact numbers, email coordinates, emergency relationships, and signatures.
- Verification Tokens: Real-time Aadhaar numbers or DigiLocker authentication credentials to verify resident data.
- Financial Profiles: Bank account coordinates, card brand indicators, or UPI virtual payment addresses (VPA) logged securely by PCI-DSS gateways (Razorpay).
- Transactional History: Rent invoice history, billing date records, security deposits, and rebate configurations.
2. Identity Verification & Consent
We integrate with the Cashfree Verification Suite to confirm resident profile claims. When you submit Aadhaar information for verification:
- The session redirects securely to verification gateways using official consent OTP mechanisms.
- Important UIDAI Safeguard: EasyCheckins does not store raw Aadhaar numbers or DigiLocker passwords in our database logs. We only retain UIDAI transaction logs and verified responses (Full name, address structure, profile picture) returned by authorized partners.
3. Sharing and Third Parties
We share coordinates with service partners only to facilitate requested operations:
- Payment Processors: Razorpay processes credit card, net banking, and UPI AutoPay mandate transactions.
- KYC Networks: Cashfree processes Aadhaar OTP and DigiLocker identity confirmation.
- Communication Carriers: SMS, push servers, and WhatsApp networks deliver billing updates.
- We will not rent or sell your details to third-party marketing companies.
4. Data Encryption and Storage
Your information is encrypted during transfer using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocols. Data at rest is encrypted in secure server environments in India. Only authorized property administrators and billing handlers have verified access to resident files.
