Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually as a resident/property admin or on behalf of an entity) and EasyCheckins Technologies Private Limited. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.

2. Services Rendered

EasyCheckins provides stay administration tools, resident database organization, integrated billing portals, automated reminders, and third-party identity check triggers:

• Verification Calls: Digital KYC is facilitated via the Cashfree Verification Suite. By submitting information, you represent that you hold valid rights and consent to retrieve e-records.
• Billing Routing: Invoices are paid via Razorpay integration channels. You agree to authorize transaction charges matching your selected property subscription plan or tenant rent statements.

3. AutoPay Mandates and Payments

Where property managers enable recurring rent cycles, residents may configure UPI AutoPay mandates. By setting up a mandate:

• You authorize EasyCheckins and Razorpay Subscriptions to trigger rent debits matching invoice parameters on scheduled dates.
• You are responsible for keeping adequate balances in target accounts to avoid debit bounces and associated bank charges.
• AutoPay mandates can be revoked with 5 business days notice via your user profile interface.

4. Pricing and Platform Billing

Platform fees are listed on our Pricing Page. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Failure to pay active subscription invoices within 7 days of the billing date will lead to suspension of access to administrative portals. We reserve the right to revise subscription rates with 30 days prior written notice.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

6. Customer Termination
